Our school readiness program Ready, Set, Kinder is heavily based on play-based learning. Children learn so much through play during childcare and we encourage them to explore their world as much as possible. The learning experiences we provide are fun, engaging and most of all inclusive. Everyone can join in!
Children are naturally curious, and have a thirst for knowledge that we encourage every step of the way. By letting children embrace their creativity and imagination, we help them flourish into the young boys and girls they really want to be.

A MODERN STYLE OF EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION
As an independent centre, we have a very contemporary approach to Early Childhood Education. Some centres can fall into the trap of just sticking to what they know, never really offering anything new for children to be excited about.
Our experienced team of educators know what works and what doesn’t, but that doesn’t stop us from thinking outside the box. More than just daycare, we love embracing new ideas and using our imagination to inspire children’s learning. We strive to teach our children to be creative, and we can be too!

SMALL GROUP SIZES AND BIG HEARTS
Toddlers & Co is licensed to cater for 48 children. We love it this way, because our group size is part of the family environment we’ve created. Keeping our groups small is just one of the ways we can ensure you and your child feel like they’re walking into a home away from home every morning!
Our small group size also allows us to include a heap of fun programs that children love:
- Creativity Program
- teaching children to embrace their creative side!
- Munch and Move
- a fun, play-based way to learn about healthy eating and activity.
- 12 Books for 12 Months - helping children develop a love for books.
HEALTHY, NUTRITIOUS MEALS
At Toddlers & Co Cecil Hills, we put an emphasis on good health and nutrition. Helping kids to develop good eating habits and understand nutrition is part of what we do, and we don’t just talk the talk!
While other early learning centres might provide pre-packaged meals, everything at Toddlers & Co is made from scratch, using only fresh produce. You can be guaranteed your child is getting healthy, nutritious meals while they’re with us, and they’ll learn some great habits along the way!
MUMS AND DADS STAY CONNECTED
We know it can be stressful for parents when they don’t know how a child is going at childcare, and Kinderloop is just one of the ways we can give you a feeling of comfort.
Parents can stay connected through the Kinderloop app, which lets us share photos of your child’s day with us and it’s great for parents to see how much fun their little ones are having at Toddlers & Co!

One of our core beliefs is that all children have the right to a good education. More than that though, they should feel safe, secure and supported while learning at daycare. All children are encouraged to participate at Toddlers & Co, and they’re always encouraged to be themselves.
